Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative; the associate has to handle inbound calls from the customer or B2B Providers within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires good communication skills; an enthusiastic approach to customer interactions; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to detail and must have good system skills in Excel, Word and Outlook to ensure clearance of high volumes.
Responsibilities:
- Receive requests from 3rd party/customers entities through calls and provide responses with the required documents to the requestor via call.
- Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm claim changes, if needed
- Submit changes on existing policies in system
- Set up a reminder and follow up with customer on timely manner
Qualifications:
- a) High School Diploma or GED equivalent,
- b) 0 – 6 months of customer service experience
