Customer Service Representative - Aquinas Consulting

Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Customer Service Representative job at a top manufacturing company in  Middletown, NY.  This fast-paced position is with one of our key customers in the flavors and fragrance products manufacturing field.  They are adding this role due to a large new product launch as well as an increased demand and workload.

Customer Service Representative Job responsibilities:

•  Provide guidance and assistance to Customers.

•  Process receipt to ensure 5 day replacement goal to meet customer expectations.

•  Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, orders, product availability, expedites and shipping     information.

•  Average phone volume is 30-40 calls per day with extensive emailing and messaging.

• Resolve all questions pertaining to customer orders within 5 day policy.

•  Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience and to help improve KPI scores.

• Utilize Customer database when applicable.

Qualifications:

• College degree is a plus

• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• 3-5 + years of customer service experience

• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills

• Ability to work with existing and new customers to grow accounts
