Responsibilities

- Policy Support: Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and coverage inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients are satisfied with their experiences and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to assist clients, address their needs, and provide exceptional service.

- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and regulations is an asset but not required.
- Willing to get insurance licenses. (Property, Casualty and Life licenses)
