About the Job
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. This position is a customer service position for travel booking. On a day to day basis, agents can expect to participate in the following activities:
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services, pricing and availability.
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Describing the booking options
Explaining billing process and options
Accepting and processing requests for information materials
Researching and resolving customer complaints
Billing clarification questions
Transferring calls to Client customer service when required
Qualities of great customer service for this position include:
Outstanding problem-solving skills
Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure.
Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication
Provide knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service
Qualifications
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Desktop Computer (Dual Monitors Required)
Windows 8, 8.1, or 10
USB VOIP Headset
USB Flash Drive

Starting pay rate: $13/hr
All Shifts Available
Training provided
Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours/wk.
**TRAINING IS FROM 12/12/22 - 1/10/23
**ALL OF TRAINING IS NOT PAID. THE FIRST COUPLE OF WEEKS IS NON-CALL TAKING AND IS NOT PAID!
**START EARNING DATE: 1/4/23
**Training times/days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (ET) OR Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (ET)
