Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are recruiting 30 temporary Customer Service Representatives for the Consumer Brands team. This role provides multi-channel customer support (inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, and more) to ensure customer satisfaction while enhancing operations.

  Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  
  

• Training Location
• Week 1: On-site in Mason, OH
• Weeks 2–4: Virtual training (phone support & classroom sessions)

Post-Training Schedule

• Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 7 days a week
• Shifts: Assigned after training, including weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues using department tools, resources, and partnerships with field teams.
• Ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance policies, including confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Ability to provide quality written correspondence and perform basic math.
• Intermediate PC skills (Windows OS, Microsoft Office, internet proficiency).
• Strong English comprehension and grammar skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service (telephonic or in-person).
• Familiarity with Retail store or field operations.
