About the Job
Ed Voyles Collision Center is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Customer Service Relations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to accurately assist customers.
- Order Processing: Handle order entries, tracking, and processing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
