Pay

• $18.00-$22.00/hour

• No on-call after 7 years of running a truck (technician jobs only)
• Vacation structure = Year 1 of employment: 1 week after 6 months, 1 week after the next 6 months. Years 2-4 of employment: 2 weeks for the year. Years 5-9 of employment: 3 weeks for the year. Years 10+ of employment: 4 weeks for the year. *Can get paid for vacation days if you don't use them*

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls, emails, and messages, providing prompt, friendly, and professional assistance.
• Actively listen to customers' concerns, questions, and service requests, demonstrating empathy and understanding, and addressing their needs effectively.
• Schedule service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services, coordinating with customers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Provide accurate information and guidance regarding our services, pricing, and company policies, ensuring customers are well-informed and confident in their decisions.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem, identifying the best course of action, and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update the company's database with accurate and relevant information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with our team of technicians and dispatchers to coordinate service calls, ensure smooth operations, and exceed customer expectations.
• Upsell additional services or maintenance plans to customers based on their needs, promoting the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement, sharing customer feedback with the team, and participating in customer service training programs.

3. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager
4. We will make an offer if you are a good fit

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
• 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a residential service industry
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult customer situations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and general computer applications
• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or electrical systems and terminology is desirable but not required
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
