Pay
- $18.00-$22.00/hour

- No on-call after 7 years of running a truck (technician jobs only)
- Vacation structure = Year 1 of employment: 1 week after 6 months, 1 week after the next 6 months. Years 2-4 of employment: 2 weeks for the year. Years 5-9 of employment: 3 weeks for the year. Years 10+ of employment: 4 weeks for the year. *Can get paid for vacation days if you don't use them*

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls, emails, and messages, providing prompt, friendly, and professional assistance.
- Actively listen to customers' concerns, questions, and service requests, demonstrating empathy and understanding, and addressing their needs effectively.
- Schedule service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services, coordinating with customers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Provide accurate information and guidance regarding our services, pricing, and company policies, ensuring customers are well-informed and confident in their decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem, identifying the best course of action, and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update the company's database with accurate and relevant information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate closely with our team of technicians and dispatchers to coordinate service calls, ensure smooth operations, and exceed customer expectations.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance plans to customers based on their needs, promoting the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement, sharing customer feedback with the team, and participating in customer service training programs.

- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a residential service industry
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult customer situations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and general computer applications
- Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or electrical systems and terminology is desirable but not required
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
