As a Front Desk Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our walk-in patrons. You'll assist them with, account updates, application processing, and more. Plus, you'll get to be a part of a fun and supportive team while making a real difference in our customers' lives.
What You'll Do:
- Be an essential part of daily operations, assisting the Associate Supervisor.
- Help customers with account maintenance, including changes and adjustments.
- Ensure everything runs smoothly by meeting corporate standards and deadlines.
- Keep our files neat and accurate.
- Open and close the office when needed.
- Help reduce our production backlog by processing web applications, emails, and other tasks.
- Handle various tasks like payments and transfers.
- Cash out and prepare deposits at the end of your shift.
- Participate in a weekend rotation for a bit of variety!
- Take on other fun and engaging tasks as directed by management.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Flexibility in your schedule to adapt to our needs.
- Excellent phone, data entry, and customer service skills.
- Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly and positively adapt to new projects.
- A professional demeanor with patrons and team members.
- A strong attendance record.
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
