THE ROLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The PAR Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative willing to go the extra mile to engage our customers and meet their needs. In this critical position, you will support the internal functions of the plumbing service department as well as support new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years' experience in an administrative role.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Manage incoming customer inquiries
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- Follow up to ensure positive customer experience
- Take ownership of customer issues and inquiries following them through to resolution
- Identify and maintain orderly workflow amongst departments according to customer needs
- Open new customer accounts based on origin of request, gathering necessary information, and following company procedure
- Resolve customer complaints or inquiries quickly
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Associate Degree
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a Customer Service role or1-3 years' experience in the construction/mechanical and/or trade industry
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized individual with the ability to display a high- level of diligence, urgency, and professionalism
- Ability to efficiently prioritize on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis - adjusting to a constantly changing schedule
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using Sage preferred (or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
$21.63-$26.92/hr.
