Your Role as a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs. You’ll schedule service appointments, answer questions, and ensure every customer experience is a positive one.
Essential Job Functions
- Take inbound service calls from customers needing assistance with residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Assign calls to the appropriate service team or technician.
- Provide professional and accurate service arrival times to customers.
- Relay information clearly to technicians, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
- Resolve customer requests, solve issues, and promote our brand.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY HOURS AS REQUIRED DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, INCLUDING SOME WEEKENDS!
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships by promoting a team atmosphere.
- Professional phone presence and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Computer literate with basic software knowledge.

- High level of professionalism to establish rapport with customers and encourage loyalty.
Experience/Education
- Previous call center experience preferred, but not required.
