We are seeking a Customer Service Representative will have a passion for delivering outstanding service, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for managing customer order book, on time deliveries, and expediting hot orders
- Liaise between customers and vendors for open PO's
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Provide technical assistance and product information to customers as needed
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations to better serve customers
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of aerospace components and terminology is a plus
