Customer Service Rep
We are a small business in Littleton, MA specializing in sanitation products to the animal care industry. We are looking for an inside Customer Service Rep to help maintain and expand our growing customer base. This will be a full time position. The ideal candidate will LOVE to be on the phone and must have a great upbeat personality on and off the phone. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with placing orders, resolving order-related inquiries, and providing support throughout the order fulfillment process. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clientele.
The hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM -5:00PM and the dress code is business casual. We have a great group of people here who work hard and play hard. Primary Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Qualifications: ·Previous experience in customer service or order processing roles preferred. ·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ·Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. ·Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks. ·Proficiency in using computer systems (Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM) software. ·Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing. ·Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
