What You’ll Do:
- Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and respond to client inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide basic information about our services and policies.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and the veterinary team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a receptionist (veterinary experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and appointment scheduling software.
- A love for animals and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
