Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist customers with product or service questions, complaints, and technical support.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with account management, including updates, troubleshooting, and providing account information.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle high call volumes and manage customer service tickets in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center or retail experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- A positive, customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and service processes.
Salary
