Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
