Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely resolution of issues.

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
