As a CSR , you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position, so the candidate must be able to work from our Jacksonville office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Support : Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

· Problem Resolution : Address customer concerns or issues promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

· Product/Service Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

· Data Entry : Accurately input customer information and feedback into the company database and CRM system.

· Follow-up : Ensure follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

· Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and billing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

· Compliance : Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and privacy regulations when interacting with customers.

Working Conditions:

Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FL.

Schedule: Full-time w/ shifts to be determined (Monday- Friday w/ occasional weekends if required)
