We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative lV for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Alpharetta, GA. Details for the position are as follows:

- Pay is $21.58/hr to Start!
- 6 Month Assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- Monday - Friday, 8am – 5pm (Fully Onsite)
- Position will mainly be responsible for serving as the first tier of customer support, answering inbound calls resulting in order entry and order management as well as resolving product and technical questions.
- Position will also be responsible for addressing order fulfillment issues, including resolving order and shipping errors as well as ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer’s and providing back-up support for inquiries received via email to ensure seamless customer service operations.
- Additional responsibilities will include providing support for internal and external customers via phone, fax, and e-mail, while handling product technical questions, supply chain related issues, clarifying information, researching, and providing prompt and optimal solutions.
- Highschool Diploma is Required!
- 2+ years of experience in customer service is Required!
- Direct experience with order management, processing orders, troubleshooting and call center/ call support is Required!
- Experience with an ERP (SAP preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred), and Microsoft Word is Required!
- Experience supporting healthcare, medical supply, or patient services is Required!
- College education is Preferred!
