Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $18.50/hr.
Location: HYBRID but must reside near Irving, TX or Austin, TX
Schedule: 8 hour shift between 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Provide step by step calendar and contact synchronization assistance to Prospects realtor clients utilizing our state-of-the-art integrated meeting collaboration tools
Manage client synchronization in CRM ticketing system
Schedule and host client synchronization virtual meetings
Guide clients through synchronization using desktop support collaboration tools
Escalate synchronization issues when necessary
Perform post-synchronization follow up with clients
Provide internal feedback related to completed synchronization
Job Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED required
Strong MS Office skills: Creating spreadsheets and presentations
1-2+ years of Tech Support experience a plus
1-2+ years of Call Center experience REQUIRED
