About the Job
The Bar Plan Mutual Insurance Company writes Lawyers' Malpractice Insurance in 5 states and our Court Bond program is national. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative ("CSR") to join our team in our St. Louis headquarters. This CSR will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will support our captive sales force. This is a hybrid position with limited remote work allowed.
The CSR is a full-time position responsible for managing policies and customer support. The CSR will be expected to be knowledgeable of The Bar Plan's products and services and to provide excellent customer service. To be considered, you should have, or be willing to obtain, a Property and Casualty license. Responsibilities include:
* Providing top-notch customer service, managing polices, and supporting the agency force
* Answering customer questions, inputting information, managing quotes and quote acceptances, and servicing Policies
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes and updates
* Utilize various computer systems and software
* Serve as a liaison between the sales and underwriting departments
