Overview:
A CSR will be assigned 50 or more global clients. This role will act as the primary liaison to the clients and build critical relationships to assure customer satisfaction. Communications are primarily by way of telephone and email.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the resolution of client inquiries, processing orders, handling client escalations, building and maintaining internal and external relationships and managing the day-to-day needs of the client
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients to provide best in class service to drive growth and retention
- Update internal database with client changes and process preferences
- Partner with purchasing and inventory to ensure material availability to fulfill customer orders
- Work with engineering to assemble materials and procedures to meet new customer requirements
- Collaborate with production management to establish and maintain expectations and timelines
- Communicate corrective action on defective or rejected parts
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong math aptitude
- Able to multi-task with shifting priorities
- Strong decision making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Able to work 8 hours per day between 7 AM and 5 PM,
Monday through Friday
Education and Training:
- Undergraduate Education
- Self-starting, technically driven
- Experience in Inside Sales or Outside Sales a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
- Industry knowledge and experience a plus.
