Description/Comment:
Maintain daily contact with key client contacts and perform data entry / order processing within specified system. Document and report on status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls. Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Masters degree and 5-8 years of experience.
Additional Job Details:
This is a data entry position. Resource must have Salesforce experience but would also like to have someone with SAP as well. If they don't have SAP, it is not a deal breaker. They are willing to train on this. This resource will be creating tickets and assigning to the CSM's. This is a part of the international team but a second language is not required. Also, this is an onsite position BUT there can be discussions around it being hybrid after the 6-week training period.
