Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently review and resolve assigned cases using established policies and procedures.
- Review and evaluate transaction information and compare it against known risk flags
- Escalate risky or complex cases using established guidelines
- Review identified quality errors for needed corrections and update associated cases with corrected information.
- Adhere to established productivity and quality metrics.
- Please list 34 functional activities the resource should be capable of Collaboration, should be comfortable communicating with other teams/departments and external clients and customers.
- Analysis, self-motivator with an eye for detail and ability to interpret complex information.
