I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative I for one of our direct clients in the US. Below are the specs for the role:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative I
Work Location: Ontario, CA USA 91761 (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Rate Range: $16.00-$17.00/hr on W2
Job Description:
***PART TIME - 20 hours per week***
Work Schedule: Hours: Part time - 20 hours per week
SET SCHEDULE - Monday 4pm-8pm, Tuesday 1pm-10pm, Wednesday 1pm-10pm
Job Details:
Under general supervision, this position supports campus operations by providing general information to students, visitors, staff and faculty. Provides primary coverage and reception responsibilities for the Student Resource Center. Performs various clerical and administrative functions to ensure that information is timely and accurate and that the necessary University resources are available to internal and external customers. Must convey a professional image and excellent communication skills while maintaining positive, professional and helpful interactions with students and external customers. May perform other duties as assigned or apparent. May be scheduled to open the facility, close the facility, this may require flexibility in schedule. Reliable transportation is necessary.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent education required; some college experience preferred
-At least one year of experience in retail, customer service, clerical or related field - customer facing experience
-Exceptional oral and interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate general information to visitors, students, faculty and other university personnel
-Proficiency with computers and software applications required to perform the clerical and administrative functions described above
-Results-orientated focus and ability to manage multiple projects or tasks at one time
-Ability to manage time well
-Ability to work under minimum supervision
