What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative I? You’ll be:
- Providing frontline technical support and solutions to customers regarding product-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Effectively documenting customer interactions and issues to maintain accurate records.
- Assisting in the promotion of John Deere products and services through proactive communication and special program offerings.

Education Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 6 months of customer service or support experience.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office products and have strong computer, research, and troubleshooting skills.
- Are available to work any 8-hour shift within the support hours of 7 am - 6 pm CST, Monday through Friday, on-site in Johnston, IA.
