Hours: The team provides Customer Service from 5:30am - 5:30pm PST

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative for our Field Inventory team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a call center atmosphere and has prior work experience that includes handling inbound/outbound calls, order entry, inventory control and audit billing. If you have strong written and communication skills, enjoy working within a team setting and previous call center experience, this position could be right for you.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the field inventory mailbox has uninterrupted coverage and responsiveness within set SLA's.
- Work with Sales Representatives to ensure accurate audit scan procedures, handle billing and/or shipping inquiries as well as P&D (pick-up and delivery).
- Reconcile to resolve inconsistencies in inventory.
- Identify and replace expired products.
- Bill customers for inventory that has been used or unaccounted for.
- Generate Audit team performance reports and disseminate information to upper management.
- Review audits for accuracy.
- Document and implement process improvements.
- Corresponds with sales reps and customers regarding escalations, inventory control and complaints.
Qualifications:
- Only local candidates will be considered.
- 1-3 years Customer Service Support experience.
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision and collaboratively with strong interpersonal savviness and organizational ability.
- Types 40 WPM.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including grammar and syntax.
- Demonstrates strong phone presence.
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer care department building effective relationships with customers.
Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word. - Bachelor's strongly preferred.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $18/hour to $19/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
