Job Summary:
This is a high visibility position that requires someone to multitask, think fast on their feet, be able to problem solve and continually make our customers a priority.
The position requires a customer centric mindset, business maturity, and technical understanding. In this role you will have to communicate decisively with customers, distributors, manufacturing and management to ensure customer satisfaction. You must be able to manage your time, have patience and a positive attitude. This position is hybrid, including 3 days in the office and 2 remote. No weekends!
Responsibilities:
- Field calls from customers placing orders, or inquiring about existing order status
- Provides customers and distributors with quotes/proposals
- Enters sales orders into the system
- Communicates in writing via email status updates to customers
- Generate and complete Quotes / Proposals
- Sends customers order confirmations
- Support team members during high peak/high volume call days
- Other duties may be assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year minimum experience
- Steady, progressive work history
- Efficient in utilizing a CRM system and use of Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills - has poise on the phone!
- Upbeat team player who loves to "win"
- Bilingual highly preferred
