The Member Experience Operator is a healthcare professional, responsible for helping our Members navigate the complex healthcare system. This individual works closely with our Members, giving them an inspiring and positive experience when calling in to our 24/7 EverydayCARE line.
Shift Info: Variety of Shift Options Based Off of Business Needs - Need Flexible Team Members
Location: 2020 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, 85004, WFH when Available
Pay: Evening shift does include differential pay.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ability to create a great member story by helping members feel confident with their care navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and an inquisitive drive to analyze information and data.
- Must be attentive and responsive to the emotional needs of Members by starting with, "Yes, we can help you."
- Confident in following a process and comfortable raising a hand when there is a process breakdown or opportunity for improvement.
- Understands and shares the Vision and Metrics for the Inbound Team.
- Answer 90% of incoming calls/texts; Return any texts and VM"s in 15 minutes or less; raises hand when time limits goes over.
- Promptly answers incoming calls/texts from RDH Members and assists with their needs.
- Documentation of all member interactions in EMR and handoff any additional care plans to appropriate team members.
- Fulfilling the on-call requirements. Shifts will be determined based on staffing needs and will be paid additional compensation for being on call.
- Availability on holidays to cover on-call shifts throughout the year.
Position Requirements:
- 1 Year of experience in a Customer Service related role, Required
- 1 year of telephonic customer service with heavy call volume, Required
- Proficiency in using Microsoft word, Excel, and an Electronic Medical Record system, Preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English), Highly Desired
- High School Diploma or GED, required

The pay range for this role is:
14.24 - 19.22 USD per hour(Phoenix)
