Your New Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a smile.
Book customer calls and record essential information accurately.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Deliver top-notch customer service to build lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate job notes in the system to support other departments and technicians.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

High School Diploma or GED.
1-2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
Proficient with computers and software applications like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with SuccessWare is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Must be genuine, personable, and team-oriented.
Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
