Scherer Electric is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service Representative to keep our office running smoothly in the Hamburg, NY area. This customer service representative position earns a competitive wage of $18 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY
As a Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role in our electrical office. You arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard. You are comfortable receiving incoming client calls while multitasking with a computer program to enter the data while talking to customers. Using a script and relaying how their service call is going to work. Your goal is to provide prompt, convenient service as well as to maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You respond to emails, collect payments, pull permits, and do any research that needs to be done. Your inner organizer loves the sense of order you create throughout the day. You get great satisfaction making sure that our customers are happy!
