Job Description: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process orders and handle billing inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
