Job Summary
Abacus Staffing is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team to work for one of our top clients in Southaven, MS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Process transactions, including cash handling, accurately and securely.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to services.
Skills
- Proficient in office software applications and able to navigate computerized systems effectively.
- Strong command of the English language; bilingual skills are a plus for better client communication.
- Excellent customer support abilities with a focus on client services.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers clearly and professionally.
- Experience in sales is beneficial for upselling products or services when appropriate.
- Previous experience in cash handling is preferred.
