Key Responsibilities:

-Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges according to established guidelines

-Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and resolve any outstanding issues

Qualifications:

-High school diploma.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic in challenging situations

-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

-Proficient in using technology such as computers, smartphones, and email

-Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

-Fluency in additional languages is a plus
