Customer Service Representative - Fix-It 24/7

Fix-It 24/7 is looking for our next teammate! We are a fun-loving, goofy group that loves to have a great time while working hard to help our customers. The schedule for this role is 10 AM - 7 PM, Thursday - Monday.

The Opportunity

The Customer Service Representative serves a critical function on our team – making sure that our customers receive top-notch service. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, assessing their needs, and scheduling jobs for our customers.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18/hour + Performance Bonus and Incentives. Our CSRs averaged over $28/hour in 2023!

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers
• Schedule appointments
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule jobs
• Dispatch on-call technicians to urgent customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Requirements

• Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
• High school diploma or equivalent
