Job Overview:
Cape Ann Savings Bank is seeking team oriented, positive, and outgoing professionals for multiple Customer Service Representative (CSR) Positions. This role provides a unique opportunity, each day, to perform Teller and / or Personal Banker duties depending on customer needs. Our ideal candidate seeks opportunities to exceed our customer’s expectations by offering consistent, efficient, and accurate service when processing their transactions. An expectation of the Universal Banker to build relationships with our customers by recognizing their banking needs; and referring them to experts on our team with each interaction when appropriate.
The ideal candidate will possess retail experience, cash handling, a strong commitment to superior customer service, and close attention to detail. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and an aptitude for mastering new technology is helpful. Knowledgeable at using, advising on, and engaging customers in digital and other self service technology.
