What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, offering a warm and professional greeting.
• Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the right departments and taking accurate messages.
• Schedule appointments efficiently across our various divisions, ensuring all service requests are met.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area that reflects the high standards of GSM Services.
• Perform administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing inventory, and preparing documents.
• Keep an eye on staff movements to assist with visitor security and scheduling.
• Follow up with customers through our 3-Month Happy Calls and appointment confirmations.
• Provide information to callers and assist with queries from the public and our valued customers.

• A professional appearance and the confidence to represent GSM Services positively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a smile.
• Initiative, reliability, and a keen eye for detail.
• High school-level reading and writing skills in English.
• A calm and composed demeanor when dealing with pressure.
