Customer Service Representative - Adept HR

Job Overview
A nail polish company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to assist customers with their inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. The position is located in Garden Grove, CA. This position is full time. (NOT remote)

Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
- Conduct data entry and maintain customer records
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, if bilingual.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions

Job Details:

Monday - Friday

8am-5pm

$18 per hour.
