About the Job
The Customer Service Representative serves an important role in the company, due to the direct ongoing contact they maintain with our customers/clients. Once trained, CSRs must be be proficient in providing customers with detailed, accurate information on available products and services. This individual will assist walk-in customers with initiating and completing orders and general inquires, as well as answering all incoming calls and directing as appropriate or taking detailed messages. The CSR will process work orders and sales receipts and do cash handling with QuickBooks. Will perform end-of-day closing procedures, which includes cash balance reports. Complete fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a requirement for this position. This is a fast-paced environment in a new state of the art facility.
