Customer Service Representative (PC Licensure Preferred)
A well-established property management and real estate company in Franklin that offers a competitive wage and seeking entry level candidates to hire on after the temp-to-hire phase.
Position Details:
Now hiring for a Customer Service representatives to start as soon as possible. This is a 1 st shift position with the hours of 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, with a starting pay of $18/hr based on experience. Once converted to a full-time employee, you will receive a hire on bonus as well as start earning commission.
You can also receive PeopleFirst Staffing bonus of $50 for a referral bonus when you refer a friend after they complete 80 hours!
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Responsibilities include fielding telephone calls, handling relevant documentation and correspondence in a time sensitive fashion, coordinating real estate and leasing transactions, which includes managing relevant files and associated paperwork as necessary. This individual would also receive and direct clients, respond to property management related issues, schedule appointments and maintain the general office environment. Tracking work orders, updating accounting and tenant information in management system on a daily basis.
Property & Casualty licensure (active or inactive) is preferred.

- Scheduling work and following up with tenants after work is completed, plus note files.
- Routing incoming mail on a daily basis
- Maintaining office and copier supplies, refreshments, bottle water, restroom and cleaning supplies (coordinate with cleaning personnel)
- Assisting others with phone, email, Alarm System and maintain codes, copier, scanner and administer various logins and passwords
- Greet clients as they arrive in the lobby for scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
- Update contact management systems currently in contact system as needed for various issues.
- Oversee and upkeep of general office environment.
- Various filing for property management and AR / AP files (electronic PDFs, etc)
- Special projects as assigned.
- Account collections will be the responsibility of this position.
