About the Job
You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions, create quotes and process orders. While client on phone, may also do some upselling of products to gain additional sales.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers for satisfaction survey
Provide price and availability information to customers
Process and manage customer orders
Answer order status questions
- HS diploma or GED with 3+ years Sales or CSR experience
- Knowledge of Google docs or Microsoft
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Ability to build rapport with clients
