Customer Service Representative - Serenity Healthcare

Onsite – Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Atlanta, GA office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life-saving treatments. Responsibilities  

·       Connecting with patients via phone, text, and email.   

·       Collecting and recording various patient information into our Electronic Health Record system.  

·       Assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments.  

·       Using your customer service expertise, you will educate our patients on the treatments Serenity offers.  

·       Other relevant duties as needed.

 

Qualifications 

·       High School Diploma/ GED.   

·       Strong customer service mindset.  

·       Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.  

·       Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.

·       Well-versed in de-escalation skills and the ability to connect with individuals.
