About the Job
Customer Service Department Overview:
This is a 15-person team dedicated to managing the entire lifecycle of new orders, from initial entry to completion. Responsibilities include order entry, issue resolution, customer support, shipping coordination, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and invoicing.
Experienced Order Entry/Customer Service Position:
- Requirements: A minimum of 10 years of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and Office 365 (Outlook and Teams), with a typing speed of 50+ wpm.
- Excel Skills: Competence in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, crafting formulas, using text-to-columns, conditional formatting, data validation, worksheet protection, and building pivot tables and charts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving a varied customer base, including distributors, e-commerce, and retailers, by addressing unique customer needs.
- Managing and resolving purchase order issues in collaboration with customers, team members, and the sales department.
- Coordinating with Transportation and Distribution Center teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Retail and retailer portal experience is advantageous.

Position Details:
- Full-time, in-office role from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
