Customer Service Representative - SST Direct

Seeking a Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Forestville, MD.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k! 

Salary is between $40,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Processing requests for service per the department SOP
• Relaying information such as work orders, estimates or other messages to and from work crews
• Work with supervisors or customers to resolve problems
• Preparing estimates for customers
• Manage and schedule Preventative Maintenance
• Manage and schedule Odor Control
• Manage and schedule out of area service calls
• Service call follow-up via phone and email
• Update and Maintain Service Department Work tracking sheet

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's or associate degree in transportation or logistics preferred
• 2 years of experience as a dispatcher in a similar industry
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience with Transportation or Field Service Management Software
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Word and, Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Experience in QuickBooks preferred
