Job Responsibilities
- Generating and analyzing team huddle metrics to ensure the team complies with service level agreements.
- Collecting cross-functional feedback, relaying it to the team, and devising a plan for improvement.
- Participating in third-party purchase order processing and invoicing.
- Utilizing CRM and ERP tools for entering and booking small parts, capital, repair, and return orders.
- Ensuring accuracy as the front line for data entry, including rectifying incorrect or subpar data submissions.
- Troubleshooting the quoting tool for sales representatives if there are discrepancies in quote pricing or customer information compared to customer-provided documentation.
- Identifying incorrect information when booking using the CRM tool and updating it alongside the necessary teams.
- Reviewing and researching incoming parts orders identified as RMAs and advising on the needed part number(s).
- Assisting in receiving returned products into the returns inventory.
- Coordinating the shipment of parts to meet customer needs and resolve field issues.
- Coordinating pickups with customers, project managers, sales representatives, and tech support.
- Providing price and product availability information to customers and sales representatives.
- Offering product information, which may include providing technical assistance.
- Furnishing information on the status of equipment returns, sales orders, delivery schedules, and more.
- Researching problems or questions for customers, sales force, project managers, or operations personnel, which may involve reviewing customer files, existing orders, and consulting with other employees and/or customers.
- Covering as the front line of the building when the receptionist is absent.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years Corporate Customer Service experience.
- ERP experience required, SAP and Salesforce highly preferred.
- Call Center experience preferred.
- 1 year of Excel experience.
