Your New Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the welcoming first point of contact for our customers, embodying the Davis Heating & Cooling promise of quality and care. Your responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and managing service appointments with precision
- Creating a positive “WOW” experience for each customer
- Communicating clearly with technicians, warehouse staff, and customers alike
- Making outbound calls to ensure schedules are organized and optimized
- Documenting and managing sales leads to support business growth
- Submitting warranty, rebate, and other information accurately and promptly
- Attending team meetings and training to stay sharp and informed
