About the Job
The Customer Service Representative will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety they are responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.
Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Salary Range: $41000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Solicits for new business via cross selling existing customers.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty licensed-Or must get licensed within 90 days (will pay for licensing)
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Prior 1 year Sales Experience.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.

- Must NOT have any criminal record on your background as it excludes eligibility for an insurance license.
