Manufacturing experience is preferred!

Qualifications:

• Accurate data entry and experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include word and excel
• Microsoft Word proficiency
• Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Required)
• Microsoft PowerPoint: 4 years (Required)
• Administrative experience
• Personal assistant experience
• Calendar management
• Phone etiquette
• Computer literacy
• Organizational skills
• Data entry experience

Responsibilities

• Work Directly with CEO in addressing customer needs and services within the client portfolio in a fast-paced environment
• Provide customers with up-to-date product information and answer customer questions regarding products and pricing in our Manufacturing Facility
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
