Customer Service Representative - Entry Level - DISH

The Wireless Customer Service Representative role is based in our advanced Bluefield facility, where you'll engage with cutting-edge wireless technology. Post-training schedules may include a mix of remote and onsite work.

As part of the Customer Experience Team (CXO), you will resolve customer issues, promote services, and provide exceptional support through voice and chat interactions.

• Build long-term customer relationships with exceptional service.
• Maintain knowledge of wireless products and pricing.
• Provide product suggestions and sell services.
• Respond to inquiries about billing and troubleshooting.
• Identify trends to enhance service quality.

All candidates must have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A customer-first attitude.
• A collaborative mindset.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Customer service experience.
• Familiarity with wireless devices.
• Strong communication skills.

• Starting pay at $17.50/hr with a 10% increase after 90 days.
