Our Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing customer service to our current clients. Processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.

Salary Range: $25000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

• Answering calls by 3rd ring
• Processing customers policy changes in timely manner
• Cross-selling
• Asking for referrals and google reviews
• Following up on all client claims
• Set appointments for Agency Producers
• FFR Farmers Friendly Reviews on renewals
