Comfort Advantage Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanical Journeyman Service Technician to join our team. - Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of resources.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues with a calm and professional demeanor, working towards quick and effective resolutions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, service history, and billing details.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing customer feedback, generating leads, and promoting our services to potential customers.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a plumbing, heating, or cooling environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
